- Modify reward amounts at any time
- Withhold rewards for incomplete or fraudulent responses
- Set minimum redemption thresholds
- Expire unredeemed rewards after a specified period
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Create multiple accounts or use false identities
- Attempt to manipulate or game the system
- Use VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your location
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Access our systems without authorization
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
Upon termination, any unredeemed rewards may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability
Survey Captures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of rewards you have earned in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
